Meditation: can be filtered on time (5-20 mins), presenter and theme (Breath / Gratitude / Creativity / Sleep / Awareness / Resilience / Sound / Calm / Focus / etc) I use it every day
Yoga: can be filtered on presenter, time (10-45 mins), type of music and Flow style (chill or energetic) I use it after every pickleball session I play to stretch as well as to improve my flexibility, strength and balance. I absolutely love this app
It also has other activities including Strength, HIIT, Core, Pilates, Dance, Kickboxing, Cycling, Treadmill, Rowing and Mindful cooldown
Cons
I'd love it if they could provide my clients a discount as I recommend it to everyone I know :)
