Pros
It is a powerful way to get the day started. Staying in a difficult position activates the fascia and helps with mental resilience.
Cons
As the prior reviewer wrote you can tend to overextend yourself and have no guidance at all. It requires self-awareness of how far you can go.
My main objection is that despite doing it fairly consistently I do not feel more flexible at all. It lacks a focused approach to clear up existing misalignments. Sure, you have the Body scan which shows you exercises for target practices. But I haven't felt any major improvements after continuous training.
Goal
Improving flexibility, strong morning routine and forging mental resiliency.

It is my very personal experience, but I have been seriously injured by Pliabilty. The concept is based on staying in one position for several minutes. I found it extremely difficult for beginners to get started. After a few days, I was asked to spend several minutes in the cobra position. 2 hours later I had severe back pain. The next day I could no longer move. I could hardly move for 2 weeks and after more than a year I still have problems. This training triggered something in me that was not good for me. That's why I personally can't give it a star.
