What are the New Zapiens Awards?
The New Zapiens Awards honor the top wellness, and longevity brands, based on verified reviews from our trusted community. These awards recognize brands that have demonstrated excellence through authentic customer feedback in 2024.
New Zapiens Awards fall into two levels:
- Winner 2024 – Awarded to brands that meet the highest standards of trust, quality and engagement within a specific category (e.g. supplements)
- Best of 2024 – Recognizing the top 10 brands in each category based on verified user reviews.
How are winners selected?
Winners are determined based on the quality and quantity of verified customer reviews submitted on our platform until December 31st at 11:59:59 PM.
To be eligible:
- To receive the "Winner 2024" award, a brand must collect at least 20 verified reviews from real customers within a category during the evaluation period, with an average rating of 4.0 or higher. If no brand meets this threshold, the award will not be granted.
- To ensure fairness, reviews from founders, investors, friends, and influencers are excluded from award eligibility.
- The "Best of 2024" badge is awarded to the top 10 brands in each category with a score of 4.0 or higher, regardless of the number of reviews received.
- Award winners are allowed to display their badge on their website, social media, and printed materials, with recognition to newzapiens.com.
Maintaining Trust & Integrity
Our longevity review platform prioritizes authenticity and transparency. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any brand, product, or service based on our core values and policies, including but not limited to:
- Serious safety incidents reported or alleged at a brand or business.
- Allegations of discriminatory behavior by staff or management.
- Animal welfare practices that do not align with ethical standards.
- Violations of content policies, including fraudulent reviews, user intimidation, or any attempt to manipulate review integrity.
By ensuring fair and transparent recognition, the New Zapiens Awards honor the most trusted and effective brands in the longevity space.
