Level 0

Medical doctor focused on longevity medicine, preventive health, and applied nutrition. I provide pediatric primary care in Sarajevo and serve as COO of the Longevity Education Hub, leading global education programs translating longevity science into practice. Currently a Nutrition Residency trainee and Research & Teaching Associate at SSST, my mission is to bridge clinical practice, research, and public health to advance healthier, longer lives.

My Routines

I aim to maintain a consistent longevity-focused routine centered on sleep, nutrition, and preventive health. I prioritize 7–8 hours of sleep daily, waking around 6 AM and going to bed around 10 PM. Each morning begins with yoga, daily weighing, and supplements including magnesium, calcium, immuno complex, digestive probiotic, vitamin D3 (2000 IU), selenium, and vitamin C, along with cranberry tea to support urinary and kidney health. I follow an anti-inflammatory diet that supports hormonal balance and drink coffee about 1.5 hours after waking (maximum three per day). I wear blue-light blocking glasses, shower with lukewarm water finishing with cold water, and undergo preventive medical check-ups every six months to support long-term health and wellbeing.
