My Routines

Morning
- wake up at 6am
- prayer, reflection, gratitude
- breakfast 1 hour upon waking up

Sunset
- last meal
- wind down with red / circadian friendly lighting
- writing/journaling

Physical activity: 4-5x/week, split between weight lifting, pilates, calisthenics. Run/hike/swim occasionally.

Diet:
- home cooked 80% of the time
- honours latitude and ancestral norms
- fasts for 1 month in Ramadan, occasionally throughout the year
- tracks for ketosis

Infrared sauna: 2x/week

Daily endorphin boost by spending time with my loved ones, and working towards my purpose.
