My Routines
my current morning routine while being 36 weeks pregnant:
my mornings are simple, grounding and flexible:
- wake up around 5:55 AM
- oil pulling and a gentle mouth cleanse
- a cup of hot water to hydrate and warm the digestion
- red light therapy for ~30 minutes combined with lymphatic drainage face massage, soft Pilates for arms & shoulders, birth preparation practices
- then I enjoy breakfast & decaf coffee
My late pregnancy supplements include also (all Australian-based brands):
- BioCeuticals Ultra Muscleze® Night (magnesium glycinate)
- Cell Squared Organic Beef Spleen & Liver Capsules
- Foraged - the Mothers Blend
My late pregnancy hacks:
- Regular osteopathy sessions
- Weekly acupuncture
- Gentle movement and daily breathwork
- Prioritising rest, grounding rituals and nervous system regulation
