Pros
- Drinking Kruut Ruhe drink became a regular ritual when I want to calm down and prepare for sleep
- The ingredients (Lemon Balm, Oat Straw, Valerian Root, Spruce Tips) are sourced locally and never exposed to heat
- Also has honey and apple cider vinegar in it (Oxymel) which is good for digestion
- Tastes really nice and helps me to calm down slightly
Cons
- The bottle can become quite gluey after a while
Goal
I was looking for natural and herbal solutions for calming down. From my perspective Kruut is a great and tasty alternative to e.g. tea.
