My Routines

Morning
- wake up at 4 AM
- brush teeth clean tongue
- Withings Scale
- hydrogen water
- Elite HRV
- Don't Die app
- supplements (Blueprint protocol) (extra supplements: Magnesium citrate, creatine)
- preparing breakfast (while time restricted fasting between 16 en 20 hours)
- organic Breakfast: Nutrifoodz Protein shake + undutched dark chocolate + dried blueberries + alfalfa and broccoli sprouts
- ewot oxygen therapy or strength training (3 times a week)
- arriving at the job at about 6:45 AM: Cold shower

After work
- running/swimming/and or cycling (triatlon)/ and barefoot walking when there is still time left

Evening
- go to bed at 19 PM
- wind down an hour before bed (blue light blocking glasses, listening to music and/or reading a book)
- infrared sauna for 20 minutes at max 65 degrees C between 16 and 18 PM (minimum 4 times a week)
- PEMF 20 minutes with Recharge Health Flexbeam
