My Routines
Morning:
Wakeup around 8:30 with an automated light
Open windows to get fresh air for 1 hour if temperatures allows
Takes vitamin D and K2 omega 3
Lunch:
Eat light lunch and sometimes a protein snack in the PM
Dinner:
Eating at 7 pm, load with protein.
Magnesium and multivitamins
Gets to the gym at 6 pm strength training
No computer 30 min before sleeping
