Morning

- wake up at 6 AM
- Sleep tracking using Ultrahuman ring
- Brush teeth, wash face and soak up red light on face/neck/chest on bare skin for skin longevity and energy boost (15mins, 5cm distance, R+NIR)
- Take biogena one, biogena Juno
- Have a slow walk or stretch in my garden

Evening:
- Unwind after crazy start-up day by 6 PM
- No more screens after dark (if screens, only with red-light filter)
- 5mins of NIR to the brain for deep sleep support right before sleep


Others:
- IR sauna at least 3x/week
- No alcohol
