Pros
The AIRE is very convenient to use as you can use it at home or on the go and see the results directly in the app. This makes it easier to monitor my reactions to certain foods in different life situations, rather than having a one-off snapshot test with a lab test. It also helps me to fine-tune my own perception of my body's reactions.
Cons
The biggest disadvantage is that it is a lot of work to do the tests all the time and enter all your food and drink intakes. But that is the nature of the method.

The app feels very basic to me. In particular, the fact that the food library is not as extensive as you would expect from apps such as MyFitnesspal or Hi,FM & Co. and that it is not available in German is a little annoying. I also do not find it very helpful in finding patterns. I have to do that myself.

I also miss an option to enter my day in the menstrual cycle, as I feel that this also has a strong influence on my reactions and symptoms.
Goal
I love the insight and flexibility it gives me and there is no other device on the market (that I know of).

However, you have to be very aware of how much it affects your stress levels as it is easy to become obsessed with tracking and monitoring.
