Extended Longevity Check-up

Pros
Visiting AYUN wasn’t just a medical check-up, it was a moment to pause and truly understand where I stand with my health and how to take better care of myself.
Even though nearly a year has passed, I still remember the experience vividly. It was that impactful.
It started with blood and genetic testing, followed by a series of physical assessments with Manuel: strength, flexibility, reflexes, balance… all done in a motivating, supportive way. Then came the DEXA scan, giving me a precise look at my body composition. Ildikó gave me a full tour of the center with warmth and attention to detail. I finished with a VO₂max test on the bike, which was challenging but very well guided.
What stood out most was the personalized health report I received days later. Oliver explained everything clearly and kindly, helping me focus on the most important aspects of my health. It wasn’t overwhelming, it was empowering.
After a year of working on small but consistent changes, I’m planning to return in a couple of months to see how far I’ve come. If you're considering taking control of your long-term health, I can’t recommend AYUN enough. It's not just a clinic, it's a place where you’re truly seen, heard, and guided.

Cons
I had the chance to visit AYUN very early on, shortly after they opened, and while the experience was already impressive, the offering back then was still in its early stages. Some services and therapies weren’t yet available, and things felt a bit limited compared to what they offer now.
Goal
My main goal when I first went to AYUN was to get a clear, science-based picture of my current health, and not just how I felt, but how my body was truly functioning. I wasn’t dealing with any specific illness, but I wanted to be proactive: to identify strengths, spot silent risks, and know exactly what to prioritize to stay healthy and energized long term.
No claps received, yet.
