Collagen Peptides
With 20/30 gr grass fed protein powder
Black coffee (or Bulletproof coffee)
First Set of supplement (current):
- omega 3
- Vit D3/K2
- NMN or NR and TMG
- Sir6 activator
- Berberine
- Spermidine
- Powder mix (Creatine, Taurine, CaKG, NMN, L-Glutamin)
- Other Nootropics as needed (L-Tyrosine, Modafinil, Racetams or others)
Workout - Generally VR every morning + Red Light Therapy stack
Before working:
- Mushroom extract spray sublingual (Zen and Focus)
- Carbon C60
- Coffee or Mushroom Coffee
Lunch (same Smoothie or other)
