Sleep:
- trying to get 7-8 hours per night
- bedtime around 8.30 and 10pm
- wakeup between 6 and 7.30am
- tracking my sleep with Garmin
Sport:
- running about 40-60km per week
- doing bodyweight and weightlifting excericses 2-3 times a week
- activity tracking with Garmin
Food/Drinks:
- only bio, biodynamic or demeter certified food
- cooking a lot my-/ourselves
- balanced dishes
- morning routine is a coffee using a classic italian espresso machine
- mainly water and tea throughout the day
General routines:
- whenever possible I walk to meetings or stepping out two stops earlier and walk the rest
- reading at night
cheat days:
- Glass of white wine
- Pizza or a Burger
