- rosemary serum hair
- breathing exercises, mild stretch

Lunch
- if time allows - gym / yoga / jogging / calisthenics
- if not just a walk

Evening
- walk after dinner
- trying to eat early in general
- if i haven't done a workout for the day yet, it will be in the evening
