My Routines

Morning:
- Wake up around 7am
- Coffee & a portion of protein with fibre
- exercise around 45-60min (mainly strength)

Lunch:
- protein, plenty of vegetables fresh from the market, some carbs

Dinner
- carbs, protein & fruit

Other:
- track Water with Waterlama (2l per day)
- 3 sessions of sauna / week
- bake sour dough bread with lots of grains and nuts once per week
- try to go to bed before 11pm and get 8hours of sleep (track with Apple Watch)
