Morning
• Wake up at the same time every day
• Morning walk
• Same breakfast daily: various nuts, mixed seeds, berries
Afternoon
• Lunch and dinner mostly organic, home-cooked and minimally processed – often includes sweet potato, olive oil, lentils or chickpeas, and cheese (feta, halloumi, or parmesan)
• At least one fermented food per day (sauerkraut or kefir)
