I’ve been hearing a lot about it lately. Would be great to hear from others:

How much do you take for optimal benefits?

When do you usually take it?

And what kind of effects have you actually noticed?

I don't use a glycine supplement. Isn't the glycin in protein rich food enough? (e.g. in boiled eggs)?

I take Magnesium Bisglycinate AND started to take extra Glycine before bed occasionally and that really rocks my sleep!
