Pros
This bread does it all. It can sustain you perfectly for long tracks and endurance challenges and a single slice of bread, tells your bowel to embrace satiety without heaviness.

You can experiment with healthy spreads and make your perfect sandwich, that will make you crave for the next time you're hungry most likely the day after.
Cons
There is no con. There is no other product on the market, that combines bio-availability and this level of nutritional-wisdom in such a simple package. It's cheaper than Steak with the same amount of proteins.
Goal
This bread speaks to me, to calibrate my body for the desired state of metabolic efficiency.

It helped me loose 20KG by whispering my organism that my cravings are caused by dopamin driven effects and succesfully tamed inflammatory responses in my body from other food sources.

The bread teached me to get grip of my sugar cravings,
since everything I eat on top of it, felt like a counterproductive act.
