My Routines

My Morning Routine:

1. 500ml of water with fresh lemon: Drink this every morning right after waking up to hydrate, boost digestion, and get a dose of vitamin C.

2. Stretch for 5 Minutes: Gentle stretching or yoga poses help increase blood flow, release tension, and wake up your body.

3. Meditate for 5-10 Minutes: A short meditation session can improve focus, reduce stress, and set a positive tone for the day (only if my twins let me ;)).

4. Get Some Sunlight Exposure: Spend 10 minutes outside (garden, balcony or go out for a short walk) to boost vitamin D levels and regulate your circadian rhythm.

And after 11:00: Eat a Nutritious Breakfast: Include a mix of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs to fuel your body and mind.
