- Daily mobility work + 10K steps
- Daily exercise snacking / sitting breaks
- Daily cold showers
- 2x ice baths, 2x sauna
- 5x red light therapy
- Daily dry brushing

Mind
- Morning routine: visualization, gratitude practice, setting intentions
- Evening routine: meditation, journaling, red light therapy/ breathwork
- Intermittent digital detox
- Mindful meals, fully present without distractions

Soul
- Morning sunlight exposure
