Pros
Wearable:
- Sleek Look
- Comfortable Design
- No distraction by screen
- For the same reason less likely to damage in workouts when worn on wrists
App:
- I like the weekly plans and habit tracking options
- Lot's of data
- Autodetection of high intensity workouts works well, pretty much to the minute

Cons
Wearable:
- Original strap starts to smell pretty quickly
App:
- UX is not very intuitive
- Insights seem to follow very simple If-Then rules that (seem to be) only analyzing single habits not groups and possible interactions
- HRV measures seem erratic - since they influence recovery and suggested strain, the whole system feels untrustworthy
- HR measures are lower than with other wrist-worn devices
- All in all the measured data does not reflect how I feel at all (e.g. data not affected by a bad night of sleep or a weeklong cold)
