My Routines
- 5am wake up & meditation
- 6am read
- 7am workout
Evening:
- phone > sleep mode from 9.30pm
- bedtime 10pm
Always:
- no tap water (except you are in CH)
- warm water with lemon & green tea first thing in the morning
- toothpaste without fluoride
- coconut oil pulling for the win
- eat the rainbow & get your weekly 30 (fruits, veggies, nuts & seeds)
- supplement timing matters: get a box with different times - you can't take all of your supplements at the same time
- breakfast is overhyped (except during your luteal & menstrual phase)
- gut health first, sleep second and exercise third
- no performance without recovery: you can't do HIIT & 20k runs everyday of the week. A mix between yoga, lagree, HIIT, runs, cycling, muay thai or even barry's is a good start
- a healthy skincare routine + sunscreen is a good start for happy ageing :)
