Pros
- The quality of the pipe is really good
- It feels and looks very "Premium"
- If you use it it forces you to slow down your "exhale" in a gentle way. If you do this a couple times it really helps to relax and wind-down
- You can carry it as a necklace which makes it easy to transport
Cons
- For the product the price seems too high
- If you don't carry it with you it doesn't have an effect. This means you get used to the product instead of having an approach with e.g. breathwork to calm down without any product

Want to experiment if it helps you to calm down while being "on the move".
