My Routines

Physical:
• Daily stretching routine
• 5-6 times Gym per week (push/pull/legs split)
• Nearly daily walks in nature
• No alk
• Only drink still water or herbal tea
• Vegetarien diet
• Glass of water early after wakeup
• Supps: EAA, Creatine, Beta Allanin
• Enough protein
• Micros (Vitamin B12, Omega 3, Magnesium, Aswaghanda)
• Ice baths
• Fix sleep pattern (3-2-1 rule + consistency)

Mental:
• Daily meditation
• Limit use of smartphone and laptop
• Use more pen and paper for note taking
• Much time outside and much movement
• Minimalism mindset

Emotional:
• Regular family and friends time
• Nature
