Nootropics that worked vs. just made you jittery

Alpha GPC is the only thing that gives me the "energy" and "drive" to work without any of the undesirable effects associated with stimulants. Methylene blue is another one that doesn't have the shaky/jittery feeling; however, I can (and do) take Alpha GPC daily, multiple times a day, whereas I take MB sporadically because it makes me feel "tired but wired" at with excessive use.
