Kama Woy

Level 2

I help companies grow while obsessing over how to make humans live longer and better. Most of my free time goes into world exploration (I’ve been traveling for 13 years), meditation, and longevity experiments, but I also do Butoh dance - basically the weirdest, most intense form of movement you’ve never heard of. I’m fascinated by the tension between optimization and surrender, systems and chaos.

My Routines

Morning (non negotiable, especially when I travel)
6.30 am wake up (no screen time until 7.30 am)
Morning sunlight exposure
I either drink water with lemon or water with curcumin and cayenne pepper
I do quick breathing exercises / VNS with Pulsetto
30 min of meditation
30 min of yoga/stretching/dance (depending on the mood)

Breakfast:
They call me Queen of Oatmeals :) - over the years I have perfected multiple varieties of nutritious oatmeal’s options so I (and people close to me) would never get bored. I tend to feel best when my diet includes plenty of fiber.
Dinner: Poke bowls, plenty of fish. I don’t eat red meat and (besides fish) I feel best on vegetarian diet.

Training:
1x swimming a week
1x cycling/jogging a week
2x strength training a week
I do at least 8000-10000 steps a day
I do tend to immerse myself in new training methods as well to keep it diverse for my body and mind.

Nature immersion:
Wherever in the world I am, I always make sure to live close to nature walks/parks/forests. I regularly practise forest bathing.

Evening:
No screen time after 9 pm.
I usually finish my day with a book, journaling, and another meditation.

Once a year: a 10 day meditation retreat (either vipassana or other)
