Thankful for every brand, product and person who makes it a little bit easier to eat nutritious food, move and keep a calm mind. Since a few years now, I am in love with leading a healthy lifestyle. It makes my experience of life so much better right now and hopefully also contributes to a high quality of life when I am getting really, really old.

My Routines

Movement
- Every morning >30min exercise (HIIT, Pilates, barre, running, swimming)
- Yoga in the evening

Mind
- Affirmations while brushing my teeth
- Journaling in the evening
- Meditation before sleep

Food
Based on my current routines:
- More fat and fiber in the morning
- More vegetables at lunchtime, less flour
- More plant-based protein in the evening

Supplements
- Vitamin B12, D, K
- Iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium and iodine

General
- More time in nature and alone
- Less travel
