Pros
One of my favorite trust brands when it comes to health. The design, the service and especially the products themselves are 10/10 for me. They have a massive product range so I can always find what I am looking for. They focus on pure ingredients and I am never worried that there are some useless additives or unhealthy flavor enhancers hidden in there.

Pros
The UX design is just perfect. Andys voice is deeply connected to calmness for me personally. And I love that they have a variety of free meditation sessions that are sufficient to get started.
Cons
Used it for years but switched to an all-in-one-app (Deliciously Ella) when the content got so manifold.

Calm mind, learning to switch quicker between performance and relaxation

Pros
Great app for runners. Awesome to have a friendly competition in a team. Love that it shows routes to run. Freemium version is sufficient for a long time.
Cons
Tried to train for a half marathon but then switched to the Nike running app. Custom plan was not worth it, compare to Nike.

Cons
There are so many apps like this out there. After some time I switched to head space for their better UX design and some time later to the Deliciously Ella App as they have recipes, workouts, meditation, sleep and breath work all in one place.

Pros
Highly recommend swim suits for athletic swimming and goggles! Very functional products. Long standing, trusted brand.
Cons
No transparency/knowledge about production (social and ecological aspects). Plus, always purchase one sizes bigger as some of their pieces run very small.

Love that they have big packages of organic produce I consume recently (especially dried fruit). Also, they have a very wide range of products. Price is decent, delivery fast.
Cons
Have to watch out as not all products are organic and some contain sugar or additives. Was gifted their advent calendar last year and gave away half of the products in there...

- Risk of over-tracking and thereby loosing touch with gut-feeling for my own body
