Fabian Praschl

Level 5

I started my health journey in my early 20's. Equipped with books by Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mark Riptoe, I went to the gym. I quickly realized that my body wasn't a fan of heavy weights, so I started running. Running has been my biggest hobby for many years. In recent years, I have become more and more interested in longevity and healthy lifestyles. I have been sharing my experiences for several years on my blog lupftpumper.de and my YouTube channel @luftpumper.

My Routines

I only manage to stick to routines over a long period of time if I really feel an impact. I have tried many products and routines over the years. The following have become part of my daily routine:

Morning:
- Drink water and get some daylight. In winter, I put on the Luminette 3 for 15–20 minutes in front of my computer at work.
- Every now and then I get on my spinning bike in the morning, especially if I know I won't be able to exercise in the evening.
- If the light factor is going to be over 3 according to the weather app, I apply sun cream.
- For breakfast I have either fresh bread or yogurt

Lunch:
- Cook fresh food, thanks to Remote Work

Evening:
- Magnesium Complex. Best for dinner
- Exercise 2-5 times a week ((typically 3 times): Usually gym and running/spinning
- No electric devices in bedroom (Kindle allowed)

Supplements:
- I take Omega-3, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Magnesium and Iron

Wearables:
- I wore a Whoop band for nearly 1.000 days and loved it. But the data isn't accurate anymore for me so I only wear my Garmin Forerunner 965 at the moment. No fan of rings ;)
