Heat Healer

- After a while it actually gets pretty hot and one does really sweat
- This is a infrared sauna, which means it also has additional benefits and reaches deeper into the body compared to Finnish sauna
- Easy to control temperature with a control
- One can lay down, relax and combine it with other activities like listening to podcast/music or meditation
- This device is EMF free
- Since I am taller > 190cm I needed to have a blanket for my proportions. Other options are smaller so I chose this one.
- A session takes up to 60 min and is not the "traditional sauna experience"
- Takes some time to heat up
- Needs to be cleaned after each usage (not really a con though)
With the Heat healer I am satisfied and it is easy to incorporate it into my daily life.
