Pros
I got to try this Infrared-Sauna for a special discount and there was nothing on the german market that was attainable for quite some time a few months ago. i was very positively suprised by its effectiveness. it works as advertised and its a good thing to be creative on how you use it.
Cons
there is no back cushioning so it's good advised to put a yoga-sheet beneath. also pre-heating can take from 10 to 20 minutes depending on roomtemperature.
Goal
i wanted to increase my state of relaxation, sweat a little and improve my overall regeneration. it's very good for winddown.
