YourPrevention™ (yP™) is a German-based company dedicated to promoting health as an attitude by merging bio-psycho-social health data with individual intentions. A cornerstone of their offerings is the Integraler Stress Test™ (IST™), a scientifically validated tool that objectively measures stress by assessing bio-psycho-social risk factors. The IST™ combines data from questionnaires, laboratory measurements (including cortisol profiles, catecholamines, and serotonin levels), and three-day heart rate variability monitoring.
