Pros
1. User-Friendly Interface: Quite liked the intuitive interface
2. Content Variety: Offers over 500 meditation and mindfulness tools, no matter what goal I had (quick breathing excercise, longer meditation etc.) the app has it
3. Educational Ressources: Includes videos, podcasts, and articles to deepen understanding of mindfulness
4. Motivational Features: Progress tracking and social sharing kept me engaged. Before, with other apps my journey often ended early as I didn't have the progress tracking like I have with Headspace

Cons
Some parts / courses feel a bit repetitive some times. Also, in certain areas the variety of content can get almost overwhelming
Goal
Find calm during the day / meditation exercises "in-between"

Apple Watch Series 9
Customer

Pros
1. Double Tap Gesture: Enhances accessibility with one-handed operations like answering calls or managing music without touching the screen. Also, works like a charm all the time
2. Speed: With the new Chip there is a significant speed boost for smoother navigation and quicker app interactions like with the series' before. Had the series 8 for about a year before.
3. Reliable Health Tracking: Accurate heart rate monitoring and comprehensive fitness data comparable to specialized equipment. This is the most important aspect for me.
4. Aesthetics: surely design is very individual but I like the slim design, exchangeable bands etc. (disclaimer: the apple universe swallowed my years ago with my first macbook ;)

Cons
1. Battery Life: Remains limited to about 18 hours, which I think we should be further along the lines with technology. It is still ok as I don't mind charging more often but this is room for improvement.
2. The dark side of aesthetics: you have to be really careful to not touch a wall, door handle etc. accidentally as the glass / casing is still quite fragile. Classic apple stuff: you buy the main device and then need protectors, special cable etc. But I guess apple people know that ;)

AG1

Pros
1. Taste: tastes good & gives you the feeling (!) of doing something good for your health
2. Easy to integrate into your daily life as preparation goes very quick
2. Easy to integrate into your daily life as preparation goes very quick
Cons
1. It just doesn't have an effect beyond the good feeling you have to drink something "healthy". If you have a proven deficiency in one of the areas AG1 promises to help you, you might see an effect in the longterm if you consume it consistently. Check medical studies to see how it (doesn't) work for anyone without deficiencies.
2. Pricy is just too high.
2. Pricy is just too high.
Goal
Wanted to test it to see what's behind the hype. Tracked results with blood tests and evaluating the day to day feeling I had.

Recovery Pillow

Pros
1. Versatile and Ergonomic Design: One of the standout features is its ability to accommodate various sleeping positions. Works for back, side, or stomach sleeper. It has different edges and contours to support your head and neck optimally. The ergonomic design helps in maintaining proper spinal alignment, helped me reduce my neck and shoulder pain, probably due to its supportive design that keeps the cervical spine in alignment
2. Travel-Friendly: The pillow's compact size and ability to roll up into a small, portable log make it easy to travel with.
3. High-Quality Material: The memory foam used is breathable, hypoallergenic, and adapts well to different body shapes and weights. Even includes ventilation channels that help keep you cool and the cover is washable

Cons
1. Adjustment Period: There is definitely an adjustment period when you first start using the Blackroll Recovery Pillow. Took me about 2-3 weeks. The unique design might feel uncomfortable initially, just takes some time to adjust.
2. Price: The pillow is on the pricier side, for me it was worth it
3. Size: If you have relatively broad shoulders, the pillow might just be too flat for you. For me it works as I've adjusted the mattress a bit to release the pressure from my shoulders.

Eight Sleep Pod Cover
Customer

Pros
- Advanced Temperature Control: The Eight Sleep Pod Cover offers really good temperature regulation capabilities, allowing me adjustments from 55 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. It's designed to automatically adapt to your body temperature and sleep cycle throughout the night, ensuring optimal sleep conditions that you customise yourself. Results in measureably more deep sleep of +15-30% per night.
- High-Tech Sleep Tracking: Equipped with sensors, the Pod Cover tracks various metrics such as sleep stages, heart rate, and respiratory rate, providing insights through a daily sleep score. This feature helps you to optimize your sleep quality by understanding and adjusting to your sleep habits
- Comfort and Design: The cover acts as a foam mattress topper, adding an extra layer of comfort. Judging if it is too hard or soft is very individual, but for me it is just right (on the "hard" side). Feels like sleeping on a foam layer which enhances the effect of the temperature settings.
- User-Friendly Setup: Installation is straightforward, supported by a helpful app that guides you through the setup and use of the cover
- Warranty and Support: Comes with a five-year extended warranty option

Cons
- High Cost: One of the major drawbacks of the EightSleep Pod Cover is its price, which is quite high relative to traditional mattress toppers or even some mattresses.
- Bulky Components: The hub and connecting cords of the Pod Cover can be somewhat bulky, which might require strategic placement in the bedroom to maintain aesthetics and practicality
- Setup Complexity: While the setup is guided by a comprehensive app, the physical installation of the cover and its components can be cumbersome, especially for one person
- Noise: if you turn on both sides of the cover (temperature can be regulated independently for each side) it gets really noisy. Even with just one side on, if you go really cool the fan gets really loud. If you are sensitive to noise, this is not for you. I wear ear plugs because of the Fan noise.
