Great fitness system that measures your HRV and gives you individualized heart rate training zones for the day depending on your level of recovery and overall fitness for that individual day. Great! Love this product and can highly recommend it. Also gives you goals for the week for recovery workouts (zone 2), conditioning (zone 3-4) and overload (zone 5 - HIIT).
Cons
There is no way to manually change sleep duration once it is locked in. If the HR-sensor on the chest-strap disconnects, which is extremely rare, you cannot manually adjust or workout.

Great product that I only need to charge once a week without ever taking it off. Took it off only when I went diving. Excellent sleep tracking and recovery measures. I trust its results more than any other tracker so far.

The latest update provided more personalized feedback which was missing before that.

Love their small VitD3/K2 capsules with olive oil. Easy to use and travel with. Also gives it to my kids. The 2000 IU per capsule is a good dosage for me.
Give my kids 1 a day and I take 2-3 per day. More in winter time than in summer.
It is important that you don‘t take it blindly and test your VitD levels on a regular basis.
