Pros
I used the MyFitnessPal app every day for 1-2 years. I am very satisfied with the app and can recommend everyone to track their calories for a few months. Even years after tracking, I can still estimate relatively well how many calories individual products and whole meals contain.
Cons
The free functions have become fewer and fewer. So you are almost forced to take out a premium subscription and pay for it.

- Learn how much protein, fat and carbohydrates you eat
