Pros
- Very professional and trustworthy EMS brand with a long-term history in EMS (EMS equipment is also used in professional EMS studios)
- Belt has a great quality
- App is nice for the use case (but not "too sexy" in terms of UX)
- Different modes for training
- One can book a free introduction to the product and the team is very kind and helpful
Cons
- Quite pricy (299€) but from my perspective worth the price (from my perspective you don't want to have a cheap and not really tested product sending electricity through your body)
- First usage is not completely intuitive, e.g. which intensity and frequency of training is optimal
Goal
I wanted to find a EMS Belt for core muscles which I can use at my standing desk.
