Pros
Biogena ONE has been part of my daily routine for nearly a year now and I couldn't imagine going without it anymore. In the past year I was barely sick and I really credit it to One. The only time I was ill for 2-3 days was when beforehand I hadn't taken One for nearly 2 weeks. I also feel like my afternoon slump is gone and I have more energy in general. I like drinking it in the late morning or early afternoon, because that way it also feels like a healthy snack ;)
Cons
I have nothing negative to say, but my tip for the best taste: Use cold water + icecubes + I prefer drinking it with a straw :)
Goal
I wanted something that is easy to integrate in my routine, tastes good and fills my basic needs for all micronutrients next to my diet. For me it's like my daily baseline to have me covered for my immunesystem, digestion and energy. I also did a bloodtest and saw that I was missing some micronutrients, I took One religiously and after 3 months did a bloodtest again and saw that my values improved a lot :) For areas where I need more support, e.g. magnesium, I take an additional supplement

Moj je cilj bio podržati energiju, mentalnu ravnotežu i zdravu funkciju mišića redovitim unosom magnezija kao i smanjiti umor i stres, poboljšati koncentraciju te potaknuti opuštanje i bržu regeneraciju nakon fizičkog napora. Optimalna opskrba magnezijem doprinosi unutarnjoj ravnoteži, boljem snu i općem osjećaju vitalnosti.

My body is tolerating the BIOGENA Magnesiumbisglycinate very well, my muscles feel more relaxed even after several training days and I feel more calm since I'm taking it. Swichting it up with Siebensal Magnesium from time to time.
Cons
For my personal need, the dosage could be a bit higher, like in Siebensalz Magnesium.

This high-dose Vitamin B Complex contains all 8 B-Vitamins and I really feel a difference when I'm taking it during stressful times. I also rally like the quality and it is just made of pure substances.
Cons
None. I sometimes prefer to switch it up with Vitamin B12 and folic acid to precisely support my body with that (as I'm vegetarian-vegan).

I think this is a very well-tolerated and high-quality supplement. I mostly take the Zinkpicolinate in the evening, but even when I take it in the morning, my body takes it well (although zinc in general is known to be able to cause nausea when taken on an empty stomach). My zinc levels rise steadily and my body feels fortified for the cold and flu season.

With this iron complex, I was able to replenish my iron stores and now keep them well within a normal range. I have had more energy ever since.
Cons
Since it is a mildly dosed supplement, it takes a little longer for the iron stores to be replenished. But that's also a pro too for people, who are sensitive to high-dose iron.
