My Routines

Morning:
- don't eat until midday
- cold shower
- UV and IR light, full body
- 5 min of high resistance exercise to wake up
- take a copious amount of pills and powders
- 1 hr walking the dog, who hates me as she wants to sleep until midday

Midday:
- high protein, high fat meal to not fall asleep afterwards

Evening:
- IR light, full spectrum
- take a copious amount of pills and powders
