My Routines

For my routine, I tap into a pool of tools depending on what's going on and how I fell:
- Electrolyte Water
- 20 Min Meditation (silence)
- Some sort of movement (or getting straight to work for 1-2 hours and then gym)
- Bullet Proof Cacao
- Depending on where I am in the world: Ice Bath before work or workout

2nd Part:
- Gym/Workout if I didn't do it yet
- Finishing the day with 20 Min Meditation (silence) or reading a few pages / quality time with partner

Additional:
- Short stretching and mobility breaks through the day
- on a semi-professional carnivore diet, with a little bit of carbs before and after workouts
