What’s the best reverse osmosis water filter with remineralization for longevity and health available in Europe?

10 months ago (edited)

I’m looking for a high-quality reverse osmosis (RO) system that also remineralizes the water after filtration. Ideally, it should be available in Europe and capable of removing:

  • Heavy metals (e.g. lead, mercury, arsenic)

  • PFAS (“forever chemicals”)

  • Pesticides and herbicides

  • Microplastics

  • Chlorine and chloramine

  • Fluoride (optional)

  • Bacteria and viruses (if possible)

Any picks from the tribe focused on clean, mineral-rich water to support healthspan and longevity?

If you want something that is 100% flexible I would recommend the Osmofresh device. We are using it for 2 years now. Last year I made a video about osmosis water and the Osmofresh:

I recommend Sküma Water offering a unique system with a three-stage reverse osmosis filtration process combined with personalized remineralisation

  • Unparalleled removal of 99.9% of water contaminants: pesticides including metabolites, 20 PFAS, heavy metals, drug residues, VOCs, CMVs, etc., and 98% of microplastics. Tests validated by an independent French laboratory certified by COFRAC.

  • Remineralisation for healthy and optimal hydration: Essential minerals added back in to enrich your water according to your taste and goal preferences.

  • Quick and easy installation: A 4.8 litre tank. Place on your countertop, plug into an electrical outlet, and instantly enjoy purified water, hot or cold.

  • A true alternative to plastic bottles: Say goodbye to microplastics and the use of single-use plastic. Replace the filter just once a year.

I considered this one: https://www.osmofresh.de/fusion-pro-vorteile simply because it can also carbonize the water (as some family members insist on this). But the price and size still hold me back.

I bought mine from Retec

I was comparing the big ones that cost 2-4K and this one achieves minimum the same if not better results for just 700€ Including separate tap and leakage block system

3 prefilter

Reverse osmosis membrane

Mineralization

Revitalization

And the tab swirls that water to remove water memory (sounds spiritual but if you look at studies / test when freezing the water it’s mind blowing)

You can also apply for an optional subscription to get the needed filters and connectors per the recommended rhythm. I did apply so I don’t need to think about it

Cons:

You need to be a little more handcrafted than other solutions to renew filters

Totally manageable but worth to mention

I have no relationship / affiliate with this company
