My Routines

I have no tight schedule and I am always adjusting my routines based on my daily performance or how I feel in the moment.

Staples:
* Regular mobility routines – Pliability to challenge the mind
* Supplementations based on daily performance:
- Vegan Protein blend
- Superfood Powder (Spirulina, Wheatgrass, everything that's green and boosts alkalinity)
- Vitamin Mix
- Creatine and Mineral Blend (Pre-Workout blend)
- Lots of water
* Healthy breakfast (hempseeds are a staple because of their mega properties – high in minerals, healthy fats and vegan protein source)

Training:
* Right now I am training for my first Triathlon. So my trainer prepares my training plan on the MATS app (Most Advanced Training System)
* I run with a Garmin 245 forerunner (cheap entry level training watch with multi-sport mode – gets the job done)
* I sprinkle my week with weightlifting workouts to continue building muscle while improving my endurance for the Iron Man

Habits:
* I am not a big proponent of sleep as most people are. Maybe I am not as big into the topics as others but I can usually always sleep well
* I don't use a sleep tracker because I am worried about continously being around EMFs. PEMFs are okay, but only temporary. There is evidence that EMFs can cause harm.
* Calory tracking is something I do but only in phases

I try to hit all my workouts hard. But I also try to be mindful because one workout hit too hard can cause recovery issues for the next.

I am always searching for the cutting-edge in health and nutrition.

What I yet have to try:
* Personalized Supplementation (e.g. Bioniq)
* Light Therapy (e.g. LifeWave)
* Redox-Technologie (e.g. ASEA)
