Hi, I’m Irina, but most call me Zoe. Based in Germany, I’m often traveling. Fitness is my passion—I work out 5-6 times a week with HIIT, Peloton rides, and Pilates or Yoga. I’ve learned the importance of balanced eating over excessive supplements, sticking to essentials like magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, NMN, and resveratrol. Sleep is a priority, tracked daily with Whoop. Recently, I’ve focused on blood sugar management and cutting artificial sugars. Excited to explore more in health and wellness!
