Best Tools for Consolidating Bloodwork Across Labs, Countries & Formats โ€” With OCR + Human QA?

Yo everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹

I regularly do blood tracking (bloodwork) across multiple countries and labs โ€” monitoring biomarkers relevant to longevity and performance.

One recurring problem:

Each lab uses different terminologies, formats, units, and report layouts. That makes it hard to automatically extract, normalize, and track the data across time.

Iโ€™ve tried various OCR and auto-import services like Insidetracker & Carrot Care etc. (from PDFs, lab portals, etc.), but they consistently fail โ€” either at correctly reading the data or mapping the markers. So far, nothing has been reliable and user-friendly across labs.

My question to you:

Are there any services or stacks youโ€™ve found that combine:

  • automated data extraction from lab reports (PDFs, portals, etc.)

  • standardized biomarker mapping across countries/lab systems

  • and importantly: human quality control or a concierge-style verification/update service?

Bonus if it includes time-series visualization and health tracking over time.

How do you manage this across borders? What tools or workflows do you use for reliable, longitudinal biomarker tracking?

Thanks in advance โ€” curious to learn from your setups!
