My Routines
I start my day at 6 AM, energized and ready to take on the day. By 7 AM, I’m deep into my morning sports routine, which rotates between CrossFit, Hyrox training, swimming, or yoga—keeping things dynamic and challenging. After an hour of pushing my limits, I refuel with a protein shake and a carefully chosen supplement stack, including a vitamin complex and magnesium, to support my body and mind.
Lunch is my main meal of the day, packed with nutritious, balanced ingredients to keep me fueled. For dinner, I prefer to keep it light, prioritizing digestion and setting myself up for restful sleep and recovery. This routine is my foundation for sustained energy, focus, and health.
