What are the best longevity snacks?

Sometimes you feel hungry between meals, and yes, I know that it's often simply because you haven't drunk enough. In that case, I definitely drink more and sometimes eat a few nuts (almonds), a carrot/fresh vegetables or a boiled egg with salt. What other ideas do you have for small, healthy snacks between meals?

Have you tried organic beef or venison jerky, @brgmn?
It’s high in protein, great for training your jaw muscles, and has a long shelf life.

A few other 2-minute snack ideas:
• Cottage cheese with tomatoes, avocado, or berries
• Protein shake (I use Sunday Natural Organic Whey Protein Santo Domingo Cacao)
• Coconut yogurt with berries, almond/macadamia butter, flaxseeds, and Ceylon cinnamon
• Wild sockeye salmon
• Organic, mold-free coffee with MCT oil and collagen

With Biltong instead of Jerky you are sure, it's without added sugar afaik.

I only snack in the evenings: spicy Pistachios are my favorite, and making fresh Cheese Chips (e.g. Cottage Cheese or Harzer Käse with Parmesan) in the oven or airfryer.

Roasted edamame! E.g., from Koro (different versions), or also available as a mix with dried tomatoes and almonds from Rossmann.
