A great alternative for in-between meals or during workouts when you don’t want a traditional milk-based protein shake. Refreshing and light, perfect for staying hydrated while getting your protein. It also helps you meet your desired daily protein intake effortlessly.
Cons
Slightly pricey. Also, it took me a while to figure out the best way to mix it: first half the water, shake, then add the rest and refrigerate to get rid of the whey foam.
Goal
I wanted an alternative to regular protein shakes that’s easy to take on the go or enjoy during longer days out. It’s also a fantastic summer drink, doubling as a protein-packed lemonade.

Cons
Slightly more expensive than competitors, but with regular deals (often -20%), the price becomes much more reasonable.

Very positively surprised by the great chocolate flavour of the ESN Designer Whey they offer. Dissolved well in water and vegan milk alternatives and I definitely felt an effect in my training output and overall wellbeing when taking it regularly and within my training schedule.
Cons
Sometimes higher prices so make sure to look out for their black Friday and other special offers.

I have compared many brands and for me the Omega 3 capsules from ESN have the best price-performance ratio, especially if you can find a discount code. In addition, the capsules have no fish flavour. I take the Omega 3 capsules several times a week and am very satisfied.

Pros
I think the evaluation of ESN is extremely product-dependent. It should also be noted that ESN has lost a lot of its reputation in the German fitness community because they have closed the well-known fitness forum ‘Team Andro’ and sometimes charge higher prices due to their intensive work with well-known influencers.

I have tested many protein powders and I like the one from ESN next to Protein80 the best. It dissolves well, it tastes good and with the right shaker it foams very well. Sure, the price is a bit higher, but I like it better for that.

I also use the Omega3 pills from ESN. After a lot of research, I think they offer the best value for money, especially when there's a deal.
