My Routines

Early Morning: wake up 7-8
Water/Freshly squeezed Lemon
Coffee / sometimes with cinnamon/cow milk
Check Health App (Apple Watch): Sleep quality? HRV? Breathing?
Weighing w/ Withings Body Cardio

When in Leipzig:
Dog walk in park/woods (30-60 minutes)
Social talks to dog parents/friends and/or listening (mostly longevity) podcasts

(When on travel or in Nice:
Power Yoga at beach or somewhere outside
20 min Swim)

2 min cold shower or as often as possible during winter: swim in Mediterranean Sea

breakfast: AG1 + Kreatin/Collagen

Breakfast = Lunch 12-13: (oats/yoghurt/berries/whole grain bread/eggs in any kind of way/cheese/veggies or Lunch, salad, lentils, beans, chick peas)

Supps: Omega 3, Vitamin K2, Vitamin D3, Magnesium (Loges), Selen
daily: black berries, nuts, yoghurt or greek yoghurt, chia, oats, olive oil, olives

Hydrate: still water, most weekends freshly homemade smoothies
second and last coffee/piece of dark chocolate

Usually no snacks, if very hungry: nuts/olives/fruit
Tea: Verveine, Linden tree, Peppermint, Fennel, Bali (Damman), Chai, Earl Grey

Dinner (best start before/at 19:30)
Preferable Soups, cooked veggies, salad, fish, sometimes pasta/risotto/meat

Supps: Magnesium, Lithium

strength training: 2 times a week,
Yoga daily 20-60 min,
min. 8.000 steps, mostly 10.000 daily
Meditation: 2-3 times a week
Non sleep Depp rest (Huberman) for quick naps
journaling daily

SUN as a main energy source: out as often as possible
SEA as another energy source
MUSIC Electro/Deep House/Trance/Jazz/Classic/Soul
Organic essential oils like rosemary, lavender, rose, lemon depending on situation: helps balancing mood & energy
