And from what I learned in the meantime is that this is a sign of oxidation. And this obviously is the last thing I want to do when I take fish oil - increasing the oxidative stress on my blood vessels!
So, I have decided to throw away my current bottle and switched to another reputable (albeit more expensive) brand that does have NO fishy aftertaste and gives me a better feeling.
