My passion is in exploring the tools from ancient wisdom and modern science and how they come together and create the big picture of Health, Performance and Happiness. At Umane we treat our customers like pro athletes delivering bespoke solutions between science and real care.

My Routines

Sleep is a non negotiable. No work or drama 1h before bedtime. Average HR 1h before bedtime is key.

Favorite Recovery Tools:

-Hot Baths

Routine:
-2x Powerlifting / Weightlifting per week with a focus on Strength Development
-1x Weightlifting per week with a focus on Speed and Force Development
-1x Interval Style Training in Heartrate Zone 5 per week: Current Norwegian Vo2 Protocol
-2x Muay-Thai per week 1x as an easy aerobic session and once as threshold session close to IAAT
-3-4x per week aerobic activity as walking meetings for 30-60 min each

Tools:
-Cold Shower every day
-Sauna as often as possible (usually twice a month)
-Coffee-Nap with Endel as often as possible (usually 5 times a week)
-long sleep-in every Saturday to catch up early mornings from the week
-Breathwork as often as possible (usually 3x per week: Tummo, Boxbreathing, Zazen, Buddhist Meditation)
-Endel with overear headphones for focus work
-Wenik Infusions
-Herbal Teas
-Inhaling infusions
